ESEA Report Cards
Notice to parents
The Curriculum, Instruction, & Assessment Office is responsible for a broad range of areas including: The overall management of district curriculum, instruction, staff professional development and assessment practices. This includes designing and implementing compliance expectations of the State of Maine Learning Results and Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). ESEA Applications and Performance Reports are on file in the Office of the Superintendent and are available for public review. Public comments for the ESEA Application are always welcomed. The report cards are made available to the public by the followings methods:
1. Published on the district website, http://www.rsu21.net/esea-report-cards
2. Presented to the RSU 21 School Committee each Fall (video may be obtained at the Superintendents' Office).
3. Published in the Fall/Winter Superintendents' Newsletter posted on the website and sent to all households in RSU 21.
Parents interested in accessing the professional qualifications of a teacher should make the request in writing to the Assistant Superintendent, Dr. Phillip J. Potenziano, RSU 21 Central Office, 177 Alewive Road, Kennebunk, Maine 04043.
Past Report Cards (ESEA/NCLB)
2017-2018 ESEA REPORT CARD-The Maine DOE will no longer distribute PDF district and school ESEA report cards for the 2017-18 school year and beyond. All ESEA report cards are now are housed within the ESEA Dashboard. Maine-Data Dashboard- Please click here to view data from 2017-18* school year.
*Currently, data from the 2017-18 school year is included within the ESEA Dashboard. The Maine DOE expects to populate data from the 2018-19 school year in late 2019.
